The view from the Sun room or Pool room. Mrs. Fay called it her Garden room. It is a very spacious 22 ft by 20 ft with two large bathrooms. It can also be used as a Media room or Mother-in-Law suite. It has a built in area that can be closed off that has a cook top and refrigerator. The vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of space. It is paneled with cypress that has a wonderful yellow glow that warms up the room in any weather and gives it that cheerful sun-room feel. It has a pair of costume built bookshelf’s with cabinets.
